We're REA

REA Group (https://www.rea-group.com/about-us/about-rea-group/) is not your average digital business. From humble beginnings in a garage in Melbourne鈥檚 east in 1995, we have grown into a leading global digital business, specialising in property.

With bold and ambitious goals, we are changing the way the world experiences property. No matter where you're at on your property journey, we're here to help with every step - whether that's finding or financing your next home.

Our people are the key to our success. At the heart of everything we do, is a thriving culture centred around high performance and care. We are purpose driven and collaborative, which drives innovation and our ability to make a real impact. As such, we鈥檙e proud to be named in Australia鈥檚 鈥淭op 5鈥 Best Workplaces two years in a row, as well as being recognised as a Best Workplace for Women.

Where the team fits in

The Marketing Automation Manager sits within the Marketing Automation and Enablement team 鈥 which is a part of the broader Audience & Marketing team.

The purpose of the Audience & Marketing team is to drive audience awareness, engagement and conversion. We help the organisation achieve its purpose of 鈥榗hanging the way the world experiences property鈥 by acquiring new consumers, retaining current customers and consumers, and by being involved in property conversations.

Our measurable goals are acquisition, retention and reputation management - we achieve these through our use of content, brand, personalisation, email, in-app messaging, push, social and communications.

The Marketing Automation and Enablement team is focused on creating the capability to enable best practice personalisation of experiences for consumers and customers enterprise-wide, through the development of people, processes and martech.

We operate as a Centre of Excellence, providing operational and technical best-practice guidance and assistance to marketing teams and other group brands using martech platforms like Braze, HubSpot, SFMC or others, as required by the business.
